1. PVC Rapid rolling door applies to external and internal door of workplace, such as food, medicine, electronic, automobile, logistics and machine. This kind of posses good wind resistance and heat insulation;
2. Rapid rolling door is stable, high speed, energy saving, eco-environment, sand resistance, insect resistance, easy change and clean;
3. In order to meet the demand of customer, the door can be opened by hand control, radar control, geomagnetic control, stretching wire switch, remote control and remote central control.
4. Common wind pressure: 2-3 class. Daily operation time can be up to 1000 times.

ลักษณะคุณสมบัติของประตูอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง CarloFlex

• ความเร็วในการเปิด – ปิด ประมาณ 0.8 – 2.0 เมตร / วินาที
• โครงสร้างรางประตูขึ้นรูปจากเหล็กกันสนิม มีน้ำหนักเบา ขนาดเล็ก ไม่เป็นสนิม กันแมลงเข้าด้านข้างด้วยขนแปรงชนิดพิเศษ
• แผ่นผ้าใบประตูทำจากพีวีซี โพลีเอสเตอร์ มาตราฐานยุโรป หนา ตั้งแต่ 1.0 มม ถึง 1.5 มม และทนต่ออุณหภูมิ ตั้งแต่ -25° ถึง 60°C

ชนิดของประตูมี 2 แบบ

1. ชนิดแบบซิปด้านข้าง เมื่อหลุดแล้วจะวิ่งเข้ารางอัตโนมัติ (Auto Self Repairing)
2. นิดแกนอะลูมิเนียมเสริมแรง ( PVC Roll Aluminum Frame) ทนทานต่อแรงลม

• ทนแรงลมได้ดีเยี่ยมถึง 450 N/M2
• ปลอดภัยจากการใช้งาน มีเซ็นเซอร์ทุกจุด ( Photoelectric Sensor, Safety Edge Sensor)
• ระบบการทำงานแม่นยำด้วยระบบ PLC และ Encoder
• ถอดซ่อมบำรุงรักษาได้ง่าย อุปกรณ์ควบคุมสามารถหาได้ง่ายตามท้องตลาดทั่วไป
